#STREET WORKOUT - UPPER BACK Duration: 4 set @14 rep/set


hi , how was your day ? Have any sport these days ?

Let's rockin your upper back with this excercise

hold on to a low cross to the position of the shoulder under the crossbar and body to straight legs . Perform the exercise by pulling the body up . No need to rush , feel the lower back work

Duration: 4 set @14 rep/set , count it!!
